on Friday led the ceremony marking the delivery of more than 5,800 title deeds in La Libertad region, northern Peru.
On this occasion, the Head of State was accompanied by Ministers Hania Perez de Cuellar (Housing, Construction, and Sanitation), Angel Manero (Agrarian Development and Irrigation), and La Libertad Region Governor Cesar Acuña.
This event took place at Victor Raul Haya de la Torre Municipal Stadium located in La Esperanza district, Trujillo province.
It was the president's second official activity of the day.
At the site, the president awarded medals to more than 400 military members and civilians who had fought against terrorism in Peru.
