"Within the framework of the government's open-door policy, President Jose Maria Balcazar received Tumbes Acting Region Governor Rosario Palacios and mayors from that region, with whom he addressed the handling of projects related to security, agriculture, and health," it stated.
According to the post, those present at the meeting agreed on the importance of maintaining dialogue and joint work for the country's development.
