"The President of the Republic, Jose Maria Balcazar, held a working meeting with district mayors from Chumbivilcas to coordinate immediate actions to unblock infrastructure and basic services projects," the Presidential Office reported on X.
During the event, mechanisms to reactivate stalled projects were assessed, and the commitment to work in coordination with local authorities for the benefit of the population was reaffirmed.
"United for the development of Chumbivilcas," the post added.
The meeting was also attended by Congressman Guido Bellido.
It took place at the Lima-based Government Palace on Wednesday.
