Peru: President Balcazar leads first Cabinet session

The President of the Republic, Jose Maria Balcazar, led the first Council of Ministers session alongside Prime Minister Denisse Miralles.

"During this initial meeting, working guidelines were established to strengthen institutional governance and ensure transparent management for the benefit of all Peruvians," the Presidential Office reported via social media on Tuesday night.

The first session took place shortly after the swearing-in of the
new Cabinet led by Denisse Miralles.
