Peru: Gov't terminates duties of Consul General in Brussels, Belgium

The Government of Peru, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has terminated the duties of Daniel Fernando Roca Alcazar as Consul General of Peru in Brussels, the Kingdom of Belgium.

This measure was made official via Supreme Resolution No. 024-2024-RE published in the Official Gazette El Peruano.

In this regard, it was also established to cancel the corresponding letters patent, as of the date of termination of duties, which will be set by vice-ministerial resolution.

Likewise, it provides for charging the expenditure of said supreme resolution to the corresponding items in the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Furthermore, this decision is in accordance with the Law on Diplomatic Service of the Republic; the Regulations of the Law on Diplomatic Service of the Republic; the Consular Regulations of Peru and; the Rules regarding the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
