The Judicial Branch on Tuesday ordered 36-month preventive detention for four individuals implicated in the 'Los Waykis en la Sombra' case.
The individuals subject to this measure are Nicanor Boluarte, Jorge Luis Ortiz, Jorge Chingay, and Zenobia Herrera.
First National Preparatory Investigation Court Judge Richard Concepcion Carhuancho completed the reading of his resolution this afternoon during a three-day-long hearing.
The magistrate stated that his decision regarding the preventive detention request by the Public Prosecutor's Office for lawyer Mateo Castañeda and Noriel Chingay will be announced on November 22 at 10:00 a.m. (local time).
Boluarte's whereabouts are unknown.
