In this regard, the Head of State said he hopes that the neighboring country will soon recover internal order with its legitimate president.

"Venezuela is beginning a new era of democracy and freedom. May internal order soon be restored with its legitimate president and those who fought for this moment. Our region also has the opportunity to recover its security and begin an era of prosperity," he stated on his social media account.

He also indicated that his Government will ease the return of Venezuelans to their country, regardless of their immigration status.

"Starting today, many families will be able to reunite in their country, which is why we will facilitate their immediate return regardless of their immigration status," he stated.
