Peru's President Fujimori to address the United Nations General Assembly today

The President of the Republic of Peru, Keiko Fujimori, arrived at the United Nations headquarters in New York this morning. There, she will participate in the High-Level General Debate of the 81st United Nations General Assembly session.

Upon arrival, the Head of State was received by United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres and senior UN officials.

On her second day of official activities, Peru's top official will speak at approximately 11:00 a.m. (New York time), as the eighth participant in the General Debate.

She will address representatives of the international community.

Later, President Fujimori will hold various bilateral meetings and official engagements.
