Peru's Prime Minister Guido Bellido on Tuesday affirmed that the Ministerial Cabinet's upcoming presentation before Congress will address concrete proposals for the benefit of the country.
"(We are devoting) our full efforts and good will to outline all the initiatives we have for the good of the country on Thursday," he expressed.
The Cabinet chief said he is convinced the country will understand that the Government and
President Pedro Castillo are firmly committed to serving more than 33 million Peruvians without causing harm to anyone.
Regarding the information disseminated by the media about the inclusion of
Labor Minister Iber Maravi's name in police reports from the 1980s, Bellido stated that he will talk with the person in question before making a decision.
When asked about eventual changes in the Cabinet, the high-ranking official noted that this can occur at any time, by assessing facts and taking into account what is best for the country, as well as "seeking justice and well-founded information at all times."
