Before arriving at the educational institution, the Head of State made an unexpected visit to Mala Health Center, where he spoke with medical staff and listened to the concerns of patients.
"Let us show the people that we can govern democratically and that we will be able to respond to the major challenges faced by our country through political agreement," Mr. Castillo expressed on Twitter.
