on Friday convened a Muni-Executive (Municipal-Executive Branch) meeting in Amazonas region with the participation of provincial and district mayors —an event that would take place within the next three weeks.
The Head of State made this statement after listening to the demands of local authorities with whom he held a meeting at the Regional Government's auditorium.
"I invite you to set a date today to hold a Muni-Executive here in Amazon region with the presence of ministers," he expressed.
The top official pointed out that it is necessary to address the problems affecting the population in the sectors: education, health, and housing, among others.
"(…) we have not come (to power) to rip off the country, nor to dismantle the State, but to have a stable economy," he emphasized.
"Therefore, the unity and commitment of the central government, the governor, the provincial mayor, and the various government agencies to speak a single language is necessary," he stressed.
