The National Elections Board (JNE) plenary on Friday proclaimed the results of the election for senators and deputies to the Congress of the Republic, as well as Peru's representatives to the Andean Parliament, from the 2026 General Elections.

The solemn session was presided over by JNE Chairman Roberto Burneo.

It must be noted the elected officials will serve during the 2026–2031 legislative term.

The group comprises 60 senators—30 elected by voters nationwide and 30 elected in 27 electoral districts—and 130 deputies, of whom 28 were elected through multiple-member electoral districts and 102 in proportion to the number of voters in each constituency.

Regarding the Andean Parliament, the 2026 General Elections saw the election of five principal Andean parliamentarians to represent the country in the Andean Parliament.

Alongside them, 10 alternates were also elected (two for each principal member).

Clearing electoral threshold

During the proclamation of results, JNE Secretary-General Yessica Clavijo announced that the parties that surpassed the electoral threshold and secured representation in the Senate are Popular Force, Together for Peru, Good Governance Party, Popular Renewal, Works Civic Party, and Now Nation.

She also announced that the parties that cleared the electoral threshold for the Chamber of Deputies are Popular Force, Together for Peru, Works Civic Party, Good Governance Party, Popular Renewal, and Now Nation.

The JNE reported that credentials will be awarded on June 25 and 26 to the senators, deputies, and Andean parliamentarians elected in this year's General Elections.
