The Peruvian capital city, Lima, will host the 8th edition of the Cacao and Chocolate Salon in 2017.
Likewise, said exhibition is aimed at establishing contact networks and promoting the commercial activity involving cacao and derivatives in domestic and international markets.
During the four-day event, attendees will be able to discover and taste various products from the largest Peruvian chocolate companies.
The new edition will feature over 120 national exhibitors, who will showcase the great variety of products made with Peruvian cacao.
In addition, the gathering is expected to welcome at least 20,000 visitors.
The event is organized by Peru's Exports and Tourism Promotion Board (Promperu), National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida), as well as the Agriculture and Irrigation Ministry (Minagri), among others.
