The High-Level Group was made up of foreign affairs ministers from various countries in the region. It held activities and meetings in Peru between November 20 and 23.
Within this framework, the positions of the representatives of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches, as well as various civil society organizations, were heard.
