Miguel Eugenio Romero Sotelo on Monday was sworn in as the new mayor of Peruvian capital Lima for the remaining period of the current term of office (2019-2022).
The former deputy mayor will complete the period of his predecessor (2019-2022), remaining in office until the end of this year.
Moreover, the JNE summoned Joseph Christopher Paredes del Alcazar to assume the post of Deputy Mayor of Lima, so as to complete the 2019-2022 term.
