Salvador del Solar has become the new Prime Minister of Peru, thus replacing Cesar Villanueva, who decided to step down from the post last week.
The newly-sworn-in Prime Minister of Peru was born in Lima on May 1, 1970.
He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP) with a bachelor's degree in law.
He is also known for his work as an actor in movies, TV, and theater since 1994.
Del Solar completed the Maxwell School's Program on the Analysis and Resolution of Conflicts (PARC).
In addition, he has work experience in the teaching of political communication courses at PUCP Communications Arts and Sciences School.
