The Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday announced that compatriots evacuated from Israel will be allowed to travel free of charge from Europe back to our country.

This announcement was made on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter).

"The Foreign Affairs Ministry informs that, thanks to an articulated work between the Peruvian Government and LATAM Peru, this airline will transport our compatriots evacuated from Israel free of charge on its flights between Europe and Peru," the post reads.

From the European city, only 25 Peruvians will return to Lima on the official aircraft. The other 17 to remain in the Italian metropolis will come back to Peru on commercial flights.
