According to CAN General Secretariat's Statistics Unit, intra-community exports from the following countries rose: Ecuador (38.9%), Bolivia (32.3%), Colombia (23%), and Peru (13.7%).

It must be noted CAN's most demanded products included crude petroleum oil; soybean cakes and solid residues; animal feed; soybean oil and its fractions, crude, whether or not degummed; crude palm oil; and refined copper wires, among others.

Likewise, between January and August of this year, shipments from CAN members to the rest of the world reached US$79.646 billion, a 17.3% expansion compared to the similar term in 2017.
