Peruvian soccer player Aldo Corzo on Thursday pointed out the national squad respects its World Cup opponents; however, he said, team members always hit the field in pursuit of a victory.

"We don't believe we are better or worse than anyone, and we know these three teams are difficult (to beat), but we are going to fight," Corzo remarked at a press conference.

"We believe in our skills. We respect rivals, but our team is always focused on winning," he added.

Early on Thursday, Peruvians held their fourth training session at Arena Khimki in Moscow prior to their debut at the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia.

During the 15 minutes that the training session was open to reporters, athletes conducted exercises under the guidance of physical trainer Nestor Bonillo.

Once journalists left the sporting venue, the Incas —coached by Ricardo Gareca— started to plan their strategy on the field.
