Peru: Over 80.94 million COVID-19 vaccine doses applied

80,955,706 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 have been so far administered in Peru, the Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported.

Out of that total, 27,946,967 were given as second dose, thus accounting for 85.3% of the target population.
Within this framework, 19,834,918 citizens have been vaccinated with a third dose.

They also account for 69.4% of the general population, the leading government authority in the health sector said in its daily report.

Similarly, 3,446,577 people have received the fourth dose.
