Thousands of people, among adults and children, took part in the "Star Wars Fest" held on Saturday at the Lima's Park of the Reserve Magic Water Tour.

The themed-event drew interest from fans a few weeks before the premiere of the saga's upcoming film.

Families, groups of friends and couples were granted the chance to ‘meet’ their favorite characters and to visit stands displaying toys, clothes and costumes. Jedi's lightsabers were also to be seen at the place.

Everyone enjoyed hard rock and rock & roll songs as well as other activities, such as contemplating alive sculptures and actors portraying Darth Vader and Chewbacca, among other galactic saga's characters.

The "Jedis Academy" saw the participation of 6-12 year old children, followed by the Star Wars costume contest featuring Star Wars designs. The said activity is also known as "Cosplay."

The Symphony Orchestra put a recital on display by performing the six films’ soundtrack themes. Thus, attendees could listen to scores composed by master John Williams.

Magic Water Tour also projected Star Wars films' images and scenes on the Fantasy fountain's water screen. It was an unforgettable spectacle.
