U.S. soccer player Adam Ozeri is the new member of Peru's popular team Alianza Lima.
The 18-year-old began to train with the white-and-blue's reserve squad on Thursday morning.
In an interview with local radio station Ovacion, Ozeri expressed his desire to join the first squad.
"I arrived in Peru with plenty of excitement and the desire to do things right while at Alianza Lima [...]," the American athlete stated.
Born in New York, Ozeri played for UE Cornella club (Spain) at age 15.
Later, he became central midfielder of Club Atletico Banfield (Argentina) and is also a member of the U.S. Under-19 Men's National Team.
It must be noted Alianza Lima is a Peruvian first division team with 22 League titles.
