Transformers star Anthony Ramos: Machu Picchu is so magical that you can feel it

The leading star actors of "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts," Dominique Fishback and Anthony Ramos, left Cusco last weekend after finishing their scenes at the Archaeological Park of Machu Picchu and Cusco's historic center, and they did so amazed and determined to come back soon.

Anthony Ramos described Cusco as an impressive city and Machu Picchu as a magical, spiritual, wonderful, and powerful place —so much so that "you can feel it."

In addition, Ramos was grateful for having learned their history and noted that he was touched with the way he was treated (by locals).

For her part, Dominique Fishback stressed that Machu Picchu is an impressive, charming, and beautiful place.

"I plan to return soon. It has been amazing for me to come and shoot Transformers; it has been a wonderful experience. I loved the food," she said.

On the other hand, Steven Caple Jr. —the director of this science fiction movie— remarked that he loves Cusco and he was treated incredibly.

When asked about his impressions of the Inca citadel he said: "Machu Picchu, man, is Machu Picchu; it is amazing."
Additionally, he said the food is delicious. The renowned director affirmed that he will come back to Cusco and visit Machu Picchu, but this time he will bring his mother.

Even though Fishback, Ramos, and Caple Jr. have left Cusco, the production team continues to film scenes at the Imperial City's historic center.

As is known, Transformers is a series of science fiction films based on a Japanese saga that began in the 1980s. The recent series of American films began in 2007.
