President Vizcarra attends Juan Diego Florez's "Serenade to Peru"

President Martin Vizcarra attended the "Serenade to Peru" sung by world-famous Peruvian tenor Juan Diego Florez at Lima's main square.

The Head of State was accompanied by his wife First Lady Maribel Diaz Cabello.

During his performance, Florez was joined by the Symphony Orchestra and Youth Choir "Sinfonia por el Peru."

In addition to the presidential couple, the act saw the presence of Peru's Vice-President Mercedes Araoz and other high-ranking officials.

Held on Sunday night, the serenade was attended by hundreds, who waited in long lines to get into the capital's main square so as to enjoy the show.
