70% of Peruvians supported the
resumption of productive activities, after a mandatory stop due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the country, the latest Datum poll revealed on Monday.
According to the survey published in Peru21 newspaper, when asked about such decision —
announced by President Martin Vizcarra— 48% of respondents said they agree with the initiative, while 22% fully agree.
Meanwhile, 18% of those polled said they neither agree nor disagree, 6% disagree, and 6% totally disagree.
Additionally, the survey shows that 49% of Peruvians gave a grade between 16 and 20 when rating the President's response to the crisis, while 34% gave him a grade between 11 and 15.
According to the pollster, Mr. Vizcarra's crisis management received an average grade of 15.
