Peruvian, Bolivian Presidents agree to hold Binational Cabinet

The President of the Republic Pedro Castillo met with Bolivian counterpart Luis Arce on Saturday after having participated in the VI Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) in Mexico.

During this meeting, both leaders agreed to hold a Binational Cabinet in the remainder of the year.

In addition, they discussed topics related to energy, trade, and social matters for the benefit of both nations' populations, the Peruvian Presidency of the Republic reported on Twitter.

For his part, Mr. Arce highlighted the meeting and progress in the efforts to hold the Binational Cabinet.
