The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has appointed Ambassador to Finland, Eric Edgardo Guillermo Anderson Machado, as the new extraordinary and plenipotentiary diplomatic representative of Peru to the Republics of Latvia and Estonia.

This designation was made via Supreme Resolutions No. 060 and No. 061 issued by the Ministry and published in the Official Gazette El Peruano on Friday.

Ambassador Anderson Machado will carry out both tasks while maintaining the city of Helsinki, Finland, as his center of residence.

These appointments are made official after the Republics of Latvia and Estonia have expressed their approval to the Peruvian government.

This was done through verbal notes issued by both countries, respectively.

These resolutions also provide the ambassador with corresponding credentials to fulfill diplomatic representation duties.
