The President of the Republic Pedro Castillo on Thursday affirmed that the forces to work for Peru and to provide solutions to the population's needs will not be overcome.

Within this framework, Mr. Castillo reminded citizens that the Peruvian State has the responsibility to reach out to the most remote communities.

"We have not come to enumerate the needs; we have come to provide solutions to the people. They (our opponents) won't overcome our forces to work for this generation," he expressed.

According to the Head of State, children like those in Plateria have major needs to be met.

Likewise, he assured that he will not get tired of traveling to the country's farthest corners.

"This task undertaken and commissioned by you (by being elected President in 2021) cannot be betrayed; it cannot be reversed," he added.

Moreover, the President said that his administration will continue to foster uses, customs, and traditions of the people, such as the practice of Quechua and Aymara with teachers.

In addition, Mr. Castillo reminded citizens that Agrarian Development and Irrigation Minister Oscar Zea is in charge of implementing the Second Agrarian Reform along with farmers.

"We have a path mapped out: to attend to children's education; I would also like to thank having a vaccinated population," he added.

At the end of his speech, the President announced that he will organize a decentralized session of the Council of Ministers in this area.

Remarks were made during his participation in the handing over of "Sumaq Wasi" bioclimatic homes in Isla Chilata population center, Plateria district (Puno region).
