This gathering took place in Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines —within the framework of the VIII Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
At the meeting, both authorities shared their deep concern about the deterioration of peace in the world and agreed that substantive changes to current multilateralism were urgently needed.
As is known, the Peruvian minister traveled to Kingstown, where he participated in the CELAC event.
The dignitary was also present at the Third Meeting of Foreign Affairs Ministers of the Brasilia Consensus, which was held parallel to the aforementioned summit.
