Peru's Ambassador presents copy of credentials to U.S. State Department

Peruvian Ambassador to the United States, Gustavo Meza-Cuadra, on Wednesday presented a copy of his credentials to the Chief of Protocol at the United States Department of State, Rufus Gifford.



During the meeting, Ambassador Meza-Cuadra expressed his intention to continue strengthening the long-standing relationship of cooperation between the two countries, the Peruvian Embassy in Washington D.C. pointed out.


Previously, the outstanding diplomat served as Foreign Affairs Minister (2019-2020) and Director at the Javier Perez de Cuellar Diplomatic Academy of Peru.
