Peru's Minister of Transport and Communications Carlos Lozada has announced that
will remain restricted as a preventive measure to avoid the spread of coronavirus.
Within this framework, the high-ranking official indicated that borders will remain closed for a longer time, as the COVID-19 pandemic has not been overcome at the international level.
In this sense, Lozada indicated that —through the Ministries of Transport, Economy, and Foreign Trade-Tourism— a reactivation plan is being put together with the airlines.
