On July 28, the presidential inauguration and transfer of power ceremony will mark the swearing-in of Keiko Fujimori as President of the Republic.

In addition, South American Heads of State Javier Milei (Argentina), Jose Antonio Kast (Chile), Rodrigo Paz (Bolivia), Daniel Noboa (Ecuador), Santiago Peña (Paraguay), and Yamandu Orsi (Uruguay) will attend the presidential inauguration.
Likewise, the minister said Presidents Jose Raul Mulino (Panama) and Nasry Asfura (Honduras), as well as Aruba Prime Minister Mike Eman, will travel to Peru for the event.
Furthermore, the Cabinet member indicated that foreign affairs ministers from other countries, as well as delegations from Japan, China, and Morocco, are also expected to arrive in Lima.
Heads of State congratulated Fujimori
Following the confirmation of her election as President of Peru, some of these leaders congratulated Fujimori, wished her success in her upcoming administration, and expressed their desire to strengthen their countries' ties with Peru.
Among them is Argentine President Javier Milei, who described the Popular Force Party leader's victory at the polls as historic.
"The Peruvian people have joined Colombia and sent a clear message: the region wants to return to the path of freedom and security," he expressed on social media.
For his part, President Jose Antonio Kast reaffirmed, during a conversation with Fujimori, "his commitment to strengthening the historic friendship between Chile and Peru, fostering the Pacific Alliance, and working jointly to combat organized crime, drug trafficking, and irregular migration."
Meanwhile, Bolivian President Rodrigo Paz used social media to congratulate Fujimori, express his respect for the democratic will of the Peruvian people, as well as reaffirm his commitment to further strengthening the ties of integration, cooperation, and development between the two countries.
"Latin America is entering a new era. An era of strong leadership, bold decisions, and governments committed to the future of their citizens," Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa stated on X.
"Congratulations, Keiko Fujimori. Our countries have a historic opportunity to move forward together," he added.
Moreover, Fujimori received congratulations from Paraguayan President Santiago Peña.
"I reaffirm my commitment to continue strengthening the historic ties of friendship and cooperation that unite Paraguay and Peru, for the benefit of the development, integration, and well-being of our peoples," he wrote on X.
Fujimori also spoke with Uruguayan President Yamandu Orsi, who congratulated her on her victory in the recent election.
During their conversation, they discussed issues to be addressed within the framework of bilateral relations between Uruguay and Peru, with an emphasis on trade.
In turn, Honduran President Nasry Asfura wished Keiko Fujimori every success in this new stage of leadership.
He reaffirmed his country's commitment to continue strengthening the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two nations.
The president-elect also held a video call with Panamanian President Jose Raul Mulino.
He congratulated her, wished her success in office, and expressed his desire to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation between the peoples of Panama and Peru.
