The government official made these remarks after meeting with Fujimori at the Popular Force Party headquarters in Lima's San Isidro district.
The diplomat said he visited the president-elect to congratulate her and also to inform her about the protocol events scheduled for July 27, 28, and 29.
He specified that the heads of state from across the region who have confirmed their arrival in Peru include Presidents Javier Milei (Argentina), Jose Antonio Kast (Chile), Rodrigo Paz (Bolivia), Daniel Noboa (Ecuador), Santiago Peña (Paraguay), and Yamandu Orsi (Uruguay).
Also set to attend the inauguration are Presidents Jose Raul Mulino (Panama), Nasry Asfura (Honduras), and Prime Minister Mike Eman (Aruba).
"Therefore, we will have a large and distinguished delegation of foreign dignitaries who will accompany President-elect Keiko Fujimori at Congress on July 28," he told reporters.
The career diplomat added that foreign affairs ministers and Cabinet members from other countries will also arrive in Peru, including Japan, which—he said—will send a high-level delegation, as well as China and Morocco.
The high-ranking official also mentioned that politicians from other countries invited by the president-elect will attend the inauguration.

Finally, Minister Pareja emphasized that President José María Balcazar's administration is leaving the country's relations with other nations, both overall and at the bilateral level, on a very solid footing.
