The Second Corporate Criminal Prosecutor's Office of San Isidro-Lince launched a preliminary investigation on Tuesday morning into the murder of Zetro Leonardo Purba (40), a diplomatic official at the Indonesian Embassy, which occurred Monday night in Lima's Lince district, the Public Ministry has announced.
