Peruvian President
Martin Vizcarra on Thursday arrived in central Huanuco region to pay a
working visit and preside over the new Muni-Executive Power meeting in the presence of State ministers and mayors from 11 provinces.
The aim of this meeting is to identify and prioritize a set of
investment projects in different sectors across the region.
Likewise, the gathering will promote economic and social dynamics, territorial dialogue, and intergovernmental interaction.
It must be noted bilateral meetings will be held between provincial mayors and State ministers at a
High-Performance School (COAR) venue in Huanuco's small community of Canchan.
The Muni-Executive Power meeting's agenda also includes the participation of the abovementioned authorities.
Said meetings denote cooperation platforms that promote, develop, and strengthen the joint efforts between municipalities and the Executive Branch.
