Peru: President participates in Pacific Alliance Pro-Tempore Presidency event

Head of State Dina Boluarte on Friday led the ceremony marking the presentation of Peru's Pro-Tempore Presidency at the Pacific Alliance —a bloc also composed of Chile, Colombia, and Mexico.

This event took place at the Government Palace in the Peruvian capital, Lima.

On August 1, Peruvian Foreign Affairs Minister Ana Cecilia Gervasi received the bloc's Pro-Tempore Presidency from Chilean counterpart, Alberto van Klaveren, in a ceremony held in the neighboring country's capital, Santiago.

Representatives of member States were present at the gathering.
