Peru: President participates in launch of 'APEC for the People' Microsoft scholarships

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte on Thursday participated in the ceremony marking the launch of APEC Ciudadano (APEC for the People) Microsoft scholarships.

This event also saw the presence of Foreign Affairs Minister Javier Gonzalez-Olaechea.

It took place at Torre Tagle Palace in the Peruvian capital, Lima.
