Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra currently leads the 19th Presidential Summit of the Andean Community taking place at the Government Palace in Lima.
Presidents Evo Morales (Bolivia), Ivan Duque (Colombia), and Lenin Moreno (Ecuador) are also present at the meeting.
The Heads of State are expected to sign a joint declaration later today.
This meeting was preceded by the 45th Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs, which was also attended by Foreign Trade heads from the four countries of the bloc.
