Peru: President leads Council of Ministers session

The President of the Republic Pedro Castillo is leading a session of the Council of Ministers at the Government Palace in Lima.

In a post on Twitter, the Presidency of the Republic reported that the Head of State is meeting with the Cabinet of Ministers led by Prime Minister Mirtha Vasquez.

During the gathering, the 19 state ministries will adopt measures on their respective priority areas.

This set of measures will be aimed at economic recovery, employment promotion, as well as the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and citizen insecurity.
