Peruanos por el Kambio (PPK), Nuevo Peru (NP), Frente Amplio (FA), Bancada Liberal (BL), Unidos por la Republica (UR), and Cambio 21 were the attending parties.
On the occasion, the Head of State was joined by Prime Minister Salvador del Solar and Justice-Human Rights Minister Vicente Zeballos.
According to the lawmakers, the agenda included the assessment of the abovementioned initiative due to the risk of hindering its debate at Parliament.
