Peru President attends UN General Assembly

Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra on Tuesday attends the 73rd United Nations General Assembly currently underway in New York City.

On the occasion, the Head of State is joined by Foreign Affairs Minister Nestor Popolizio and other members of the Peruvian delegation.

On the second day of official activities on North American soil, the Inca country's leader will deliver a speech at the Plenary Meeting this morning.

The President will address topics linked to sustainable development, the state of the nation, as well as the efforts undertaken by his administration with the purpose of enhancing Peruvian citizens' quality of life.
