Prime Minister Guido Bellido has affirmed that it is necessary to have a Bicentennial National Agreement in order to build a country without hate and work together for the benefit of Peruvian citizens.
In this sense, the high-ranking official believes that —this way— the population will live in a country without resentment.
"We all support work with dignity for the people," he wrote on Twitter.
