Peruvian Prime Minister Guido Bellido on Tuesday participated in the second session of the Dialogue Rounds for Peru. On this occasion, the Cabinet chief met with the Accion Popular party lawmakers at 08:00 a.m. (local time) at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in Lima.

The meeting was organized by the Executive Branch to establish a meeting space for the Executive and Legislative Branches, in order to address issues of national interest for the sake of governance.

As a result of the commitment to articulate efforts with Parliament, it was agreed to lay the foundations for joint work, as well as full respect for the rule of law, governance, and democracy.

Likewise, it was agreed to jointly channel the emblematic projects for the benefit of the nation, as well as the fight against corruption at all levels.

Lastly, among the agreements is also the willingness to establish a direct bridge between the Executive and the Legislative Branches, always aiming at governance.

This second meeting of Dialogue Rounds for Peru was held with the participation of Accion Popular parliamentarians: Carlos Alva Rojas, Jose Arriola Tueros, Pedro Martinez Talavera, Silvia Monteza Facho, Juan Carlos Mori Celis, Karol Paredes Fonseca, Hilda Portero Lopez, and Carlos Javier Zeballos Madariaga.

This way, the head of the ministerial cabinet will hold meetings with various parliamentary benches.

It must be noted that the first session of these rounds was held last Sunday with Peru Libre party members.
