The Executive Branch seeks a comprehensive plan to produce the great change in the country; therefore, it will not accept a partial approval of the proposed reforms, Peru's Prime Minister Cesar Villanueva said on Wednesday.
Within this framework, the Cabinet chief stressed lawmakers' decision to approve a bill —last Tuesday— aimed at reforming the National Council of the Magistracy (CNM) —now called National Justice Board— unanimously and without major changes.
"The four reform bills are part of such plan, of this comprehensive project (…) required to produce the great change in history. Therefore, we will not accept a partial but a complete approval," he pointed out.
According to the Cabinet chief, this was a commitment arising from the civilized dialogue between political forces and the Executive Branch.
