Peru: Over 242,000 Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines delivered via COVAX Facility

Peruvian Prime Minister Violeta Bermudez on Friday afternoon oversaw the arrival of a batch of 242,190 vaccines against COVID-19 managed by the COVAX Facility mechanism.

According to the Cabinet chief, these doses are part of the more than 2 million arriving this week.





It also stressed that Peru has —to date— received a total of 1.6 million doses thanks to this mechanism.
