The publication includes a video that features the official activities commemorating Peru's Independence Day in unprecedented circumstances surrounding the coronavirus pandemic.
The images show President Martin Vizcarra and his wife First Lady Maribel Diaz participating in the Solemn Mass and Te Deum
on July 28.
In addition, the video includes scenes at Congress, where the Head of State and legislators are seen wearing masks and observing social distancing.
