Peru greets Slovakia on Constitution Day

The Republic of Peru extended greetings to the Government and people of the Slovak Republic on the occasion of its Constitution Day commemorated on Monday.

In a message via social media, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its best wishes for their well-being and prosperity, as well as for the strengthening of the traditional friendship and cooperation ties that unite both countries.

Slovakia's Constitution Day is celebrated every September 1 to commemorate the adoption of its Constitution on September 1, 1992.

This event marked a step toward its independence, following the dissolution of Czechoslovakia.
