Peru: Government welcomes 350,000 Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines

Peruvian Women and Vulnerable Populations Minister Silvia Loli received 350,000 doses of Pfizer vaccines against COVID-19 in order to continue with the immunization process nationwide.

The reception took place at Lima's Jorge Chavez International Airport on Friday evening.


The recently-landed doses will be destined for the following regions: Tacna, Arequipa, Lima, Ancash, La Libertad, San Martin, and Loreto, which rely on an adequate cold chain.
