The
Ministerial Cabinet led by Antero Flores-Araoz resigned on Sunday, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) announced.
However, the resigning ministers will remain in office until a new Cabinet is appointed.
Merino has been in office for six days, and his resignation comes after the tragic events that ended up in the death of two young people during the national demonstration held on Saturday in Downtown Lima.
