Peru: Executive Branch accepts resignation of Gustavo Adrianzen and State ministers

The Executive Branch has accepted the resignation of Gustavo Adrianzen as Prime Minister, along with that of Cabinet members.

Through Supreme Resolution No. 109-2025-PCM, published in the Legal Regulations bulletin of the Official Gazette El Peruano, the resignation submitted by Gustavo Lino Adrianzen Olaya was accepted, with thanks extended for his important services to the Nation.

Supreme Resolution No. 091-2025-PCM was also published, accepting the resignation of Elmer Schialer Salcedo from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; followed by Supreme Resolution No. 100-2025-PCM, accepting the resignation of Sergio González Guerrero from the Ministry of Production; and Supreme Resolution No. 101-2025-PCM, accepting the resignation of Ursula Desilu Leon Chempen from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism.

Similarly, through Supreme Resolution No. 102-2025-PCM, the resignation of Jorge Luis Montero Cornejo from the Ministry of Energy and Mines was accepted; that of Cesar Carlos Sandoval Pozo from the Ministry of Transport and Communications was accepted, through Supreme Resolution No. 103-2025-PCM; and that of Durich Francisco Whittembury Talledo from the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation was accepted through Supreme Resolution No. 104-2025-PCM.

The resignation of Fanny Montellanos Carbajal from her position as Minister of Women and Vulnerable Populations was also accepted through Supreme Resolution No. 105-2025-PCM; as was the resignation of Juan Carlos Castro Vargas from the Ministry of the Environment, through Supreme Resolution No. 106-2025-PCM; and that of Fabricio Alfredo Valencia Gibaja from the Ministry of Culture, through Supreme Resolution No. 107-2025-PCM.

Through Supreme Resolution No. 108-2025-PCM, the resignation of Leslie Carol Urteaga Peña from the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion was accepted; that of Walter Enrique Astudillo Chavez from the Ministry of Defense was accepted as well through Supreme Resolution No. 092-2025-PCM; and that of Raul Ricardo Perez Reyes Espejo from the Ministry of Economy and Finance was accepted through Supreme Resolution No. 093-2025-PCM.

Through Supreme Resolution No. 094-2025-PCM, the resignation of the Minister of Interior, Carlos Alberto Malaver Odias, was accepted; with Supreme Resolution No. 095-2025-PCM, the resignation of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Eduardo Melchor Arana Ysa was accepted; and with Supreme Resolution No. 096-2025-PCM, the resignation of the Minister of Education, Morgan Niccolo Quero Gaime, was accepted.

Lastly, Supreme Resolution No. 097-2025-PCM accepted the resignation of Minister of Health, Cesar Henry Vasquez Sanchez; Supreme Resolution No. 098-2025-PCM accepted the resignation of the Minister of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Angel Manuel Manero Campos; and Supreme Resolution No. 099-2025-PCM accepted the resignation of Minister of Labor and Employment Promotion, Daniel Ysau Maurate Romero.

All the Cabinet ministers were thanked for their services to the Nation.

The resolutions were signed by President Dina Boluarte Zegarra and the then-Prime Minister, Gustavo Adrianzen.
